Status of the game 2, updates to the mod system and new UI for dialogues

Here's a list of the major changes and addition I've been working on during the last 2 weeks.
- Multiple weapon mods were
- You can now save mod loadouts and load them on the mod selection menu
- The weight statistic can now affect player speed
- The UI got reworked(see screenshots)
Next goal is to add more sound effects to the game and the start working on a system to handle music.
I am also experimenting around to find a better way to do the sprites for the dialogue system. Expect the art style to be different from normal gameplay.
