Status of the game 11, New Enemies
Work on version 0.5 started.
The plan for this version is to add 3 levels, animations in the game for the player and the enemies and start the save/progression system.
2 of these new levels are going to feature a new enemy faction.
They have access to more tools to deal with the player than the currently available enemies in the game. So far those are;
- Ballistic shields, to protect them from your bullets
- Smoke grenades, to conceal their position
- Formations, to work better as a team
The goal is to make them dangerous because they are smarter than the other enemy factions.
These are not in a finished sate and more enemies for this faction are coming in later updates.
In ohter news, I've made a tool that makes it extermely easy to create the map for a level. This is a big time save for me, and would be used for a potential level maker (no promises on that).
